Cleanfood offers a variety of vegan cooking classes  — from sweet treats to gluten-free and raw eats. We’re conscious of giving the best experience  in our classes offer and keep numbers limited to a small group to provide the best learning environment. Our classes are hands-on and you’ll be eating so don’t show up with a full belly! Our Dinner for Ten events provide a gourmet, organic, vegan experience. Book the whole table for family, friends or work crew. Any excuse will do. Or be a part of an eclectic group of fellow vegan foodies. As well as classes, we offer guided fasting in a comfortable environment surrounded by specialists to help you understand the process of detoxing in a fun, joyous way.

There is an unlimited abundance of fruits, vegetables, and whole grain foods. They are naturally low in fat, chock-full of fibre, and filled with immune-boosting antioxidants and phytochemicals.

We offer a variety of hands-on cooking classes showing you how to cook these foods in interesting ways to create delicious meals you can incorporate into your daily life. From sweet treats to gluten-free and raw eats we provided a fun, social environment in our, state of the art, commercial kitchen.

We keep numbers limited to a small group to provide the best learning environment.

Our Dinner for Ten events provide an organic, gourmet, vegan experience.

Book the whole table for family, friends or work crew. Or be a part of an eclectic group of fellow vegan foodies.

If you have 10 people we’ll work with you to tailor an experience for your group. For smaller groups, you’ll join in with others, enjoying the company of like minded people while enjoying a unique dining experience.

Dates and times can be arranged either for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

The menu will be created with the freshest + organic + seasonal + local produce available.

Let it be a surprise, or sit down with Peter and help design the menu.

Starter
Cos lettuce & garden pea soup served warm

Entrée 1
Dehydrated field mushrooms stuffed with  olive ,caper, tomato and parsley

Entrée 2
Nori rolls filled with activated sunflower seed parsley pate, micro greens & avocado

Mains
Fresh lasagne layers of fresh vege cashew white sauce and Not Tomato sauce, black bean and beetroot fritters, lentil curry served on poppadum, slow roast veg salad, fresh cut garden salad

Dessert
A medley of tropical lime torte, coconut macaroon, fruit icecream – blackboy peach and fejoea, coconut yogurt, chai seed wafer

LEARN THE HEALTHY WAY TO FAST

Why Fast?

To allow the body to do the thing it does naturally.

To heal itself by allowing all the energy usually required for gathering, eating and processing food.

To be used for elimination of toxins and waste.

How Do We Prepare?

1)   Be on a transition diet to achieve 80% alkaline, 20% acidic intake of all food and drink.

2)   Be gentle on your body, taking time to make the transition.

3)   Make the decision to be the healthiest you, you possibly can be – to be all you can be.

4)   Book into the One Day Guided Intelligent Fast

Guided One Day Fast

  • Finish your last meal by 7pm Friday night and then only drink water.
  • Arrive 7am Saturday morning, there will be no food until 7pm Saturday night. Then you will be served a healthy dinner, supported and guided by your coach.
  • During the day you will be introduced (hourly) by 5 Guest Speakers on subjects of; Life Coaching, Yoga, Meditation, Juicing, Clean Food Cooking (Vegetarian & Vegan), Nutrition, Longevity and Exercise.
  • Cost per person is: $168.00 + GST

Once you have completed eight weeks of one day fasts continuously, you will be able to attend the Fasting Weekend. Longer fasts up to seven to ten days, will personally be guided by your Fasting Coach after being interviewed.

The western diet can be unhealthy and restrict your quality of life. You’ve recognised that your diet needs a makeover.

Great.

But where do you start?

Here at Clean Food, we offer a service where Pete comes to your kitchen to analyse the diet you and your family are consuming. He will then sit down and provide helpful suggestions on how you and your family’s kitchen can become the healthiest and nutrient dense it can be.

You’ll have fun clearing out the unhealthy food in your pantry and fridge. Pete will then take you on a guided shopping trip to fill your kitchen with healthy and nutrient dense foods that work for you and your family’s lifestyle.
