Seedaholic Bread

This gluten free bread has no flour or yeast. It’s packed full of extra goodness with chia seeds and nuts. As the name suggests, once you try it you’ll be addicted for life.

INGREDIENTS

135g Rolled Oats (gluten free)
70g Flax Seeds
120g Quinoa Flakes
150g Sunflower Seeds
200g Pumpkin Seeds
70g Chia Seeds
80g Chopped Almonds

70g Chopped Hazelnuts or Cashews
40g Psyllium Husk
2 tsp Rock Salt
875ml Water
50g Coconut Sugar
70g Olive Oil
70g Coconut oil melted

PREPARATION

Put all ingredients into dry bowl, add warm water and melted oil last. Mix until it forms a dough

Stand for 2 hours, line loaf tin, bake for 1 hour turn out of tin onto wire rack remove baking paper put back in oven for 15 minutes. Or make muffin sized bread rolls, oil muffin tin bake 30 minutes.

Allow to cool, wrap in cloth. If not eaten in 2 days place in fridge in airtight container, it will last approx. 2 weeks
